I am not a failure

Life has been stressful and I haven't been eating right or making exercise a priority.    I have a plan to change this. I made a menu for next week, meal prep, and made a workout schedule. I am determined to succeed. I will not let this set me back and make me quit. School starts up, and its time to get back to it.  I start training with Aaron after Labor Day.
